The city of Terrell should really be ashamed of their selves because they are charging the city of Terrell customers for an upgrade that the city has been needing for years they were charging their customers for their upgrade and they’re putting it on our water bills which is really messed up.

The day before I moved into my apartment 3 years ago, it was discovered that my water hadn't been turned on as expected. The water department immediately rectified the problem by sending out someone to turn on the water after hours. I have always had great customer service from all of the Terrell city employees from customer service on the phone to the police officer who came and explained what happened to the missing items in my car. Cars had been broken into at night. I didn't realize it until days later. However, the police officers filed the report for me (who does that??!!!) *and* caught the perpetrators before daybreak!! All I can say to those who have negative things to write about the city is this: Things go wrong periodically. However, people who work in public service have heart for the service they provide. It is their job - true enough. And, for some, their mission in life. They want to fix any problem or issue you may be having or provide your requested information. Private industry won't do that as evident by the company who couldn't be bothered to weatherize the freeway a couple of Winters ago. All I'm asking for is that people be mindful of their manners when seeking a resolution to a problem or issue or information. Remember that who you interact with are people, too. Avoid taking your frustrations out on the person(s) you interact with. It's not fair to dump on anyone just because you don't know him/her and/or (s)he is not working with you face to face. Being nice to the city employee will make you feel better if you are in a bad mood. However, should you have a complaint, voice it to their manager. Policy and procedures exist for this. Peace and blessings.

Terrell is losing its charm and becoming another tasteless, bland, mediocre cookie cutter town. Mom and pop shops are disappearing and being replaced by chain stores. City of Terrell is obviously making terrible decisions.

Quick and easy bill pay. Lady at the desk was super nice.

That's our standard monthly price. Includes weekly garbage pick up.
The city will pick it up at no charge. If you put it in front and call the city they should help. I have had them pick up large items many times.
Terrell employs a bunch of crooks and lazy people. Doubt they'll do anything if it doesn't involve pocketing money.
