I don't know but with the cost of vehicles and fuel and supplies I think a fee would be in order

I have a 5 year old, miniature horse who was dragged over the fence by neighboring, full sized geldings and he took a beating. Muscle or bone injury to hind leg. Any way to tell the difference on my own?
