My first visit to this theater. Was assured no one could use texting as I find that very distractful. No ushers visible and this person was in my assigned seat and she told me to sit elsewhere. I did not want to miss anything in this film.

Texting is NOT allowed, and if you had asked for an usher or a manager it would have been taken care of...simply being passive aggressive and putting this on the internet didn't take care of your problem, did it? The theater is not responsible for the stupid, obnoxious people that visit, but they do try to make sure you enjoy your movie. Also...as far as I know there are no "assigned seats" at this theatre.

I am not a liar and will not come again.
