I would give 0 if I could. They don't tend to their patients, when people are too depressed to show up they say they won't take them as patients when they owe less than $50. If you actually care about people and are real therapists, you'll care about suicidal patients more. Do better!!!

Useless, should be ashamed of themselves the awful service they give. Waiting half a year for an appointment and I fully expect it to be canceled the day before.

In 2017 my 27 year old son died tragically. A month later I felt like I should talk with someone professional about it. I don't drive and was late twice and they kicked me to the curb. I couldn't believe she was so rude about it. I depend on cabs and other people to drive me around. It's not like they don't charge my insurance for it. What's a few minutes to save someone's life that was suicidal as it was? Still alive though. Shame on Pine Rest.
