Is the $1900 fee for needless Nitrogen in tires and window tint waivable? I don't want either and I am not interested in getting ripped off. Actually atmospheric air is already 78% precent nitrogen and I can get my window tinted for $200.

Unfortunately it is not and given the high demand this is one way for dealers to make money.
