They are absolutely amazing. Not only did they help me finance my car but when my bran new baby got hit by another driver they have been moving quickly on getting her repaired. I am so happy with their customer service and amazing collision center! Thank you Jim Norton Toyota your amazing!!!

Questions & Answers

The employees here are so easy to work with and very nice. The wait time was a bit long, but they make sure to update you on the status of your vehicle. It’s also nice that they have popcorn, water and coffee in the waiting area.

We have 2 Toyotas. The first one we bought at Hudiburg about a year ago. We knew that was a nightmare so went to Jim Norton 2 months ago for our second. We will continue to do business with them.

In addition to a scheduled maintenance service I was also given a list of recommendations for a higher mileage cars. After reviewing the recommendations, I choose a few, the others will be done at a later date. This service department is the Best.

Any dealership is it going to be pretty fare and we'll have a better understanding of your vehicle I don't trust other auto shops such as Hibdon's Etc

Has anyone had success getting assistance at 0700? Its Saturday morning and no one showed up to even open a gate until 0706 and no one is answering when called. Is this common? Its now past 0730- thats why I ask.

Tammy, the website says they open at 7:00. If they don't open till 8, they need to update the website.

Is the $1900 fee for needless Nitrogen in tires and window tint waivable? I don't want either and I am not interested in getting ripped off. Actually atmospheric air is already 78% precent nitrogen and I can get my window tinted for $200.
