Staff were all friendly, courteous, and professional. Quickest oil change I've ever had at a dealer. Seats in the waiting room were so comfy, that I fell asleep.

Friendly staff and non pushy salespeople that won't BS you. However, their inventory is pretty low right now. Not many new or used on the lot. Things should pick up soon though from what I am hearing.

The culture at that place must be bad and getting worse as we all move thru these times of mark-ups and shortages. A rep there, name starts with an 'A', tried to explain that excessive mark ups and dealer installed options are why the price was $6k, yes $6k over MSRP. BUT, no worries, the tires have nitrogen in them. WOW, how low can you go.

Im not a dealer. But i will tell you that corollas do not drive well in the snow. The tracking button provides no real difference that i could see.Go for the rav.
