Former employee here. There is no weight limit, per-se, but you do need to be at least 25 lbs. This is so your body weight can pull you to the ground after you reach the top of a climb.

Personally I started climbing when I was 310lbs. The harness was a bit small, so I bought my own since I enjoy climbing. My friend who is maybe 100lbs soaking wet is able to belay me without any issue because it isn't about their strength to your weight, you're are doing the climbing. Just be prepared for the knot to be tight when done! Edited for spelling

Not as far as I know, but you'll have to have a partner strong enough to belay you

Educated guess ... Probably. If someone is too heavy, they might not fit into the harness. Best thing would be to call.
