Starting pay is minimum wage, but goes up based on your experience and what the site pays.
Yes, they offer Guard Card training classes for new hires. The license is $72.00. You'll also will need to get finger printed and get a passport pic taken.

They can help. They do classes twice a week. You'll just have to go through their background check first. Call the office if you have questions.
If the don’t respond back after a week, they have moved on with a different candidate. Unless companies want to hire you, there is no further contact after the interview. Good luck and keep applying. I am sure there is a good job out there for you. Try Covey Security.
