They are great at selling. Sold a 95 year old man a new system for $20000 instead of fixing and doing some preventative maintenance on the unit. Btw they gave him a new 20 year warranty. Like he's going to be around in 20 years. Great stalwart for the senior citizens

I agree! They tried to swindle my elderly mother by telling her 7 year old Trane unit needed to be replaced. Another company simply replaced a $35 fuse and it runs great. They are just scam artists.
The reality is you better be careful when selling to senior's, it takes a lifetime to gain a reputation and just one moment to ruin it. Review the new senior laws that are sweeping the Nation. Just because you can don't mean you should, As a previous Service and Parts Director for Ford Motor Company you don't sell high ticket preventive items to senior's especially without consulting with other family. I believe this is going to cost you way more than 24.000 in business. Owner go back and review with be son other options that is the right and moral thing to do. If not, you will lose the credibility with the senior community and will bleed off into thier kids and grandkids and friends and they will blackball you. Make it right!!!¡
