Most Bookmans carry Pokemon cards, but as far as Bookmans buying items, you must bring them into the store for evaluation as no quotes are given on line or over the phone. Good luck!
It all depends I will call them before but they still would like to see them so it's a.hit or miss
They do buy yu gi oh cards as far as i kbow not sure about the pogs bit you cam always take them in and see. Never hurts to try. I know they buy toys of all kinds.
I suggest trying OfferUp or Craigslist, they don't sell a lot of cards at this location.
