Sure is. It's a narrow trail at points though so just be aware of other hikers.
Is not flat, for you to have and idea it can not be ride on a bike, some dogs will be able to climb most of it, but if you have a dog that is not use to hike in rough trails I would not take him/her to this trail
Sure, but there's plenti of cacti and wildlife to watch out for. I see lots of people going off-leash in the area, but we did have to pull a spine out of a dog's paw last time we were there.
