Buy the ticket that is for downtown aquarium and for Galveston pleasur pier, khema bordwalk all 3 are included

With the city pass you only need to pay about $6.50 to upgrade for the All Day Pass. City pass has more locations included, so it's a personal preference if you want to go other places or just the one
