No, I don't think so. I paid 24.89 for a all day adult pass. No children was with me.
I believe it was 40 bucks all day all rides for us
About $25 for an all day pass, that lets you do everything.

City pass is better choice
24 for adults and 23 for kids ...get the all day pass you can do more stuff than
15 just for the Aquarium. Does not include any of the extra stuff
