Hi my Asus computer is having some issues in witch it start perfectly but aster it stays black with only the cursor visible. And has Windows but running on Ubuntu so I want to reset the computer all the way to factory. Can you do that for me

Sorry for the reply late, because of the crown virus, we can reset your computer to factory settings, usually this service costs 39 dollars
