Recently purchased a 2023 BMW X3 from Tiana. Couldn't take delivery of the vehicle the same day and she actually came on her day off to make sure she went over the features during delivery process. Even though, It wasn't needed. Remember the days of limited inventory are coming to an end so please pick your sales person wisely and build a long term relationship with them. Stay away from Dealerships exploring the chip shortage to make massive profits. Ask for Tiana at Momentum BMW and mention this review.

Jorge’s attitude was unacceptable. I came in for 3 recalls on my vehicle and he tried to tell me everything about my car that needed work in a very condescending manor as if I couldn’t afford it anyways. I already understand what my car needs and because of that he seemed very snappy and quick to get angered over a casual conversation on what I am coming for. Will definitely not be coming back here and talking to Jorge again. Whoever did the actual work on my car did a great job however.
