Worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. Waited a year for the car, poor communication from sales thought this duration. Order the wrong configuration, after a year wait. Failure on all ends of the spectrum. Stay away!!!

First time customer. Never going back. Firstly, every member of the team that I encountered was friendly, but I feel like since I’m a black woman my service advisor, Kevin treated the needs of my car as less than. Race comes into play because when I sat down to speak to him and tell him about the issues I was having with my car, there was a white gentleman sitting next to me(who shouldn’t have been) whose car was just serviced (incorrectly) and Kevin COULDNT WAIT to assist him and his needs, and mine were pushed to the side. I made my appointment online, to which he looked annoyed about. “One of those online appointments” were his exact words. He actually told me my car wouldn’t be looked at for 3 days and that I should think about coming back. I’m like… Um… no sir, you’re going to take my car today. He quickly wrote down what he needed from me and basically got me out of there so he could help his other customer. It was my time! He should have made the older white gentleman wait in the lobby like every other customer. I gave him a list of things that was wrong with my car, but for whatever reason he only listed a few. Not the major problem I was having. I called a few days later and spoke to the manager to let him know I was still experiencing this same problem. I made an appointment to come in a few days later. I made it to my appointment on time, but no service provider was available to assist me. I let them know beforehand that I was dropping my car off because I had to go back to work, a car was supposed to be arranged for me take. None of that happened. The manager said I would have to continue waiting so I could drive around with the mechanic. My appointment was for 11am. It was now 11:45. I’m am EXTREMELY displeased with the service I received from Landrover Southwest.

It was a seamless and GREAT experience! Ask for Donyell when you call or walk in. Donyell was absolutely incredible to work with, helped design every aspect of my vehicle, gave helpful recommendations, kept me updated throughout the delivery process, and made sure I was well taken care of. From the GM to staff, the entire team added to this being my best purchasing experience.
