Don't buy used cars with them I bought a cadillac escalade for $40k+ in total and it came with bad engine. When I bought it within 3k miles I stared having low oil problems I took it to cadillac and after months of trying to find the issue and money that i spent on diagnosis it showed the engine isn't in good condition. Now I'm here stuck with a loan of 40k+ and with a car with a lot of problems, not just that the brakes had to be replaced, the shocks and struts are bad the radio is messed up, etc etc. It should be illegal to do things like that

This particular location had fail in service time after time , due to the convenience of the location, today I give them a chance again and for the third time very disappointed at the level of service and competency. The receptionist Chantelle, carelessness speak tone , careless attitude and actually told me that I can go to another dealership if i want earlier appointment and even told me that if I just go in no one will serve me immediately and I would probably need to wait for hours . While I just want to go in and get a service advisor to take a look at the engine light because is on and just to make sure it’s safe to drive until THEY CAN SERVICE MY CAR !

I had a nasty experience with the sales rep but other team members were very of help ...so i guess it depends on whoever you are dealing with
