You would need to get permission from the commissioner's court in order to do such fund raising. Without such documentation you may not do any kind of fund raising or selling of any kind within the property of the park.
You can just come early and get the tables by the water and rock wall :) good luck on your fundraiser and I hope they fight this.
There are usually other groups there on weekends.
It is a small park maybe the people that are visiting to see the games will cotribute
