Start to finish on the long trail is 1.8 miles and if you add the inner circle is 0.8 Miles. Add them together and you have 2.6 miles of trail, including two slope inclines I wouldn't recommend using a bike unless you have the legs to do it. There is an extra trail in it that runs under Bellaire, I have not taken it yet but I think it takes you all the way to weskpark Tollway and back
The largest circle is more than two miles, someone measured it once and made marks on the trail. But if you go under the Bellaire Blvd bridge, there are at least another two miles I think.
