I went recently. I think maybe on the 16th of July. But the fountains where not on and lots of parts of the garden were closed for construction. Did they just close?

I’ve looked at the reviews and it says the best time to go is in March, but I would like to know how the Gardens would still look in early April(specifically April 3rd) and if there will be any construction or something going on on that day.
