I've been with HPDFCU since 2006, and it has been an incredible journey that I will continue to take. I wanted to refinance my car, and it took approximately 30 minutes to get approved, sign forms, and close the deal. My car note is now 400 dollars cheaper per month, and I have a much lower interest rate. These guys are the best all the way around!

Well, I used the drive thru and was amazed by the awesome customer service on (04/11/22 12:07 pm) It was pretty fast for me. I usually like to walk into the credit union. The teller was awesome. There was no name on receipt to compliment her. I’ve been here at the credit union for over 30 years, and still have no regrets. I actually drive 4 hours every 4-5 months to do business at the credit union. It’s worth the drive. Thank You guys for making us feel special.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The amount of times that I have called to ask a simple question and received a completely irrelevant or incorrect answer is ridiculous. I called three different times to ask the same question and received several different answers to the point that I just came into the branch and asked in person. They make mistakes and don’t take accountability. The have an attitude on the phone when you ask questions. I left my drivers license while depositing a check one day and was not Informed or contacted until 6 months later. Every-time I need something resolved or have a concern, I can’t even count on my credit Union. All they cause is stress and confusion. To be honest I wanted to keep this off of their reviews and I emailed the supervisor committee a few times already over the past few weeks and have yet to hear from them. However I see here that I’m not the only one with this problem. All I wanted was for my concerns to be acknowledged but I’m a fool for expecting anything but the bare minimum from HPCU. Save urself the trouble and do ur banking elsewhere :)

I LOVE the Houston Police Credit Union and they definitely love their first responders and families. I handle all of my banking needs here and would highly recommend to any officer or city employee. Can't beat a "real" Credit Union with sooooo many Great Perks!!!

Hi John and Kimberly. Zelle is currently available using the Zelle app for HPCU members with a debit card. However as Michael and Lynette stated, there are limitations since we're currently not a Zelle partner. Please contact us at 713.986.0200 for assistance.
What is my new address?
I had the same problem the best way is to go on line. Hpcu.com. If you already have an account otherwise you may have to go into the building
the Memorial branch is open inside... I went there yesterday
Hello Feliciano. Yes, our lobbies are open for teller transactions.
Hi John. Currently, shred days are canceled. Once our Memorial branch returns to normal business operations in the lobby, we'll resume our shred day schedule. For updates, check our calendar of events at https://www.hpcu.coop/Member-Information.aspx.
Hi Sarita, Are you employed by HPD? If so, you can visit https://www.houstontx.gov/police/phone.htm for a department phone directory.
I don't think the HPCU is that advanced. But you can set up intuition payments. That way you pay them directly from your other bank and it will be on time.
Yes
Call the # on back of your debt card
