This company should be banned from leasing properties as well as managing them. I called every single day to check on the status of my application nothing. We sent emails nothing. If the owners of these properties knew exactly how bad they're making them look they wouldn't trust MYND to manage a doormat. How do you send a tax document with no form of identification to verify who owns this property? For all we know it could be Helen Keller house. I waisted funds that could've been used elsewhere to be treated unfairly and looked over. Tell your owner of her house y'all dropped the ball so I looked elsewhere and they're please. Willing to pay $3000 for better communication anyday. Don't say you guys were not warned!!!!

I wish could give no stars. Gabby was my property manager and she never was available. When you call to speak to her or her supervisor they are always in a meeting or you get told we put a note in for them to call you but they never do. I move out this past month on the 30th and they charged me for rent for 5 day, cleaning change of 350 after the home was cleaned and photos were sent plus a painting fee because they decided to change the paint color from the original color the home was in when I moved in. I would stay away from any home that goes through MYND.
