We feel my 15 month old granddaughter is having some sort of bowel problems because she has issues going to the bathroom, can we just bring her in or do we need to be referred by the primary care physician?

If you feel that her condition is serious enough you can bring her to the emergency room 24 hours a day. If not, it is better to have her referred by her pediatrician.

I honestly dont know. You should check with PCP. My nephew had to be air lifted to the hospital hours old and needed surgery. This was the closest hospital that could perorm the surgery and NICU.
