There was a guy taking pictures But he never asked for money We even told him we did not have cash, but he was polite and said it didn't matter and took our picture.

The scammers come when cops and TV cameras are gone and there is a lot of foreign tourist to scam. They focus on them and act like they are in charge.

No, went twice amd didn't see scammers either time. Just a queue and got the next in line to take our pics
