I am going to give my comment and I am going to write it in Spanish I am going to give you a zero in customer service since the girl was demanding that my 12-year-old son prove that he had been born here in the USA to let him enter since she I needed information about the boy, I told him his name, surname and date of birth, even so I couldn't find him until at the last minute he told me I found him, ma'am, for me that is an act of discrimination and they have to change their policies since it is not the It is the first time that my son goes to one of these places so I recommend that you update yourself since you cannot require that type of information to let a child enter so I decided to let my son enter since he was excited and I had patience to that he did not feel uncomfortable so they change their policies that is called DISCRIMINATION in any part of the world it does not matter if the child is of any race and color they are all the same !! At least take the time to apologize so you have a zero

My little one loves it..Its nice for us to be in the same place on an outing yet separate and knowing she's being cared for

I took my 2 daughter here for 2 hours on her birthday on the 27. It not only cost me $121.00 including food. No receipt no nothing giving. This is crazy

I dropped off my kids today for a few hours so my husband and I can have date night... when we picked up our kids we picked up sad kids ready and eager to go home (never happens we have left them at different kid quests before and they never wanna come home). My kids said there were older kids who kept kicking them and they told the staff but the staff never said anything to the older kids. I had left them an open tab and my kids said they refused to give them their entree just a snack and drink which the staff later threw away without telling my kids. The whole staff is nothing but classless and unprofessional. Think twice before leaving your kids here!

You can have a open tab where your child can let them know they ready to eat..Or you can place the order before you leave and whenever your child wants it, they let the staff know..hope this helps😊..My daughter ❤ it and so did my grandbabies and out of town niece and nephew
