Kids Quest at Boulder Station

We have been using kid quest services for years in Arizona and in general happy with what they offer. We have visited Las Vegas last year with our son and checking him in wasn’t a problem at Boulder Station and he had a great time. Today we decided to return and were told due to Nevada Law we needed to show our sons shot records. This information isn’t readily noted on their website so we didn’t have this documentation with us, so no playtime for our son. The nice lady at the desk advised she has had to turn away several families because of this as who travels with their shot records. Kids Quest - Please update your website so this requirement is plainly visible.

Could not get anyone to answer the phone after five attempts to confirm. Drove 20 minutes to the daycare and was greeted by a super unenthused attendant who ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were standing there, only to be told they are not taking toddlers for the rest of the month (which was not stated online at all) and that we can check with the other Kids Quest locations who were also not answering. The place was a ghost town and with the girl scowling at us, I would not have felt uncomfortable leaving our kids there anyway. Had to walk my preschooler out crying because he couldn’t play here. Thanks for a ruined Friday!

We left my 8, 6, and 3 year old at Kids Quest while we went to watch a movie. The workers are great and the kids had an amazing time. The big playground, ipads, movies, and snacks was everything they wanted and needed. Lots of toys for them to play. My little one had an accident and the worker lady was very nice and took care of her. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!
