The store manager should be able to answer you question. I'd tge transaction pending or charged.. if it's pending no doubt it's an authorization if it went through they'll be able to help you
We just had the same circumstance at the same store. What process did you do contact the store to seek reimbursement
Weird not even associated to your bill call store report to manager they will refund it
Sometimes you have to wait 2-3 business days until the transactions go through. But I'll recomend to call customers service they usually fix the issue at any of their stores.
