Zara addict At Zara you can match by buying everything to match a outfit. I always recommend Zara for everyone because Zara is a secret place 😌

The clothing is beautiful. The store layout is also nice. However, charging .10 for a shopping bag is ridiculous! Even if the bag was .01, I would be upset. It is the principle that matters here. This action demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers. Just put that into your pricing/ costs & allow the customer to feel special when you place their purchased items in a nice bag. I may never shop here again, because of that poor business decision. :-(

The store manager should be able to answer you question. I'd tge transaction pending or charged.. if it's pending no doubt it's an authorization if it went through they'll be able to help you
