Why aren't they answering the phone? And why is it that after keeping you on hold for almost 20 minutes, they hang up on you without even asking who you are and what you need? It's what I call terrible customer service.

Well your phone system is still malfunctioning and so is your internet I've been calling for 10 LONG DAYS AND THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY .TRIED SCHEDULING ON LUNE HAVE NOT HEARD BACK WHATTTS THE PROBLEM!!! HIRE MORE HELP!!!
