All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful! BUT- Dr. McLemore is the greatest ever, hands down! Just moved to NV, I was super nervous and a little bummed about needing to find a new OB but I am so happy that I chose him. He genuinely cares and TAKES HIS TIME during appointments to hear and thoroughly answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have! Also, the office aesthetic is so comforting! 10/10- Highly recommend!

Dr. Kasar was awesome and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or anything. I’ll definitely be seeing her from now on

Edit: After my review and discussing with billing they were able to get this issue fixed and copay noted in the notes for the front desk. Look forward to using this office throughout my pregnancy and appreciate them being willing to squeeze me in to reschedule my appointment so I could get my ultrasound and get established as a patient. Scheduled an appointment two months out and was given my estimated copayment if $110 for my old insurance (sierra health and life). This was a $35 copay for the visit then a $75 copay for the ultrasound. I changed my insurance back to Tricare as it provided more affordability and the front desk person I was scheduling with ensured me I would have a $0 copay. I called Tricare before my appointment as they left a voicemail the day before my appointment saying the copay would still be $ 110 even though I updated my insurance. After the voicemail it was nearly impossible to get someone on the phone so I could confirm before my appointment. So when u get to my appointment I reiterate my new insurance under Tricare. The front desk representative then changed my copay to $70 which was my office visit copay ($35) charged twice. Plus if I wanted to get genetic testing that would be another copay charge so I would be charged multiple copayments for one visit since my insurance now does not charge for the ultrasound versus when my insurance did charge for the ultrasound it was only one visit. I will be calling to speak with the office manager as many of the bad reviews come from their office having you rack up a very big bill due to billing issues which I am not trying to do as I am expecting my first child

I have NEVER had a better experience with a doctor before in my life. Dr. Bacala and her staff are very personable and make you feel like family. My Husband and I were always so excited for each of my prenatal appointments, not only to check up on our first child, but also because we genuinely enjoyed seeing the staff. Sharon is by the far the best RN and midwife any patient could ask for. Dr. Bacala is very knowledgeable and the sweetest, caring, and gentle doctor. Midwife Mary is super fun and gives amazing advice when you need it most. I highly Recommend. 10/10

Questions & Answers

I've called 4 times on 3 different days and no one has answered the phone... left messages and tried to schedule appointment online, no response... is this typical? That's pretty concerning no one answers the phone.

Hi Rebecca, I am sorry for your frustrations. We try hard to get back to all messages, as soon as possible. I did see you had emailed us via our website. I will have one of our staff members call you today. Sarah
