Once i do my 30k. Do i then go back to my home state and transfer my dl?? Then come back and get my own truck?? Exactly how does that work??

You do not have to wait to do 30,000 miles you can do it as soon as you get on your trainers truck if you can plan it with your trips that's exactly what I did

You can, just have to plan it with your fleet manager and get routed through your home. Just depends on what you plan but everything comes with a cost typically when going home, you might need a greyhound back to prime.
