Yes. The Waterford at Ironbridge is an Independent and Assisted living facility. We have a couple of Home Health professionals who assist some of our residents. Phoenix and Integrity. We also have a company called Genesis that helps with Rehab issues.
Yes, it is... however also people living there without assistance. Pretty expensive though.
