I highly recommend Kayla Hufham for your whole family. Dr kayla Hufham takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and gets done what needs to be done. Need a referral she's got you need medication or a refill she's got you. Her bedside manner is the best. The Dr, nurses and even the cox social worker have gone above and beyond for my family. I'm very picky when choosing Dr's and I wouldn't change Dr. Hufham for anything. Thank Dr hufham for taking care of my family we appreciate you and the care you give us.

I honestly wish I could give a better review. The providers at FMCC are great. They're really caring and do a good job diagnosing and ordering tests. Cassie, in the pharmacy, is phenomenal and amazing at her job. But this clinic has a huge problem with communication. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Making an appointment involves leaving a message (IF you know what "team" you're on) and hoping someone calls back. I've never encountered another clinic that does that. You can send a message through the patient portal (which is usually what I have to do) but it will be at least 24 hours before someone gets back to you. This makes the clinic useless when you're sick or injured and need to be seen right away. If I need to see a doctor right away, I have to pay $75 to go to urgent care instead of using my Medicare insurance. I saw a response to another reviewer saying they were having phone problems "that day." Nah. This is a consistent issue and it has been ever since I started going to the clinic in January 2022. It's a shame because like I said, the providers are great. But the way the clinic is run is a shambles.

I’ve been calling for two days to reschedule an appointment for a new patient. Left one voicemail and no call backs. Now you call and it immediately cuts off saying no one is available and hangs up. How do you get ahold of anyone there?

Been trying to get my fmla papers back that was dropped off a week ago it's continuous paperwork shows they have read messages but no followup. It's like they don't care there is a deadline on paperwork or you get fired. I'm so upset about all of this never had an issue with my last doctor

The Covid vaccine is offered at FMCC.?FAMILY MEDICAL CARE CLINIC..
If it's a complaint about front desk or office staff tell your Dr. If it's about a nurse, Dr. As well. If it about a Dr. You need to contact someone one over the Dr. Like head if the clini.

Hey, during these covid times some Dr's have to work in the hospitals and it takes some availability. STILL I started with Dr Cody ( I don't use last names) and very soon after Dr Gabrielle.they both saved my life. So called Very Experienced Dr's had me on too many and too much meds.6 meds were stopped right away and I was fine wo them so I apparently didn't have what they were given for. THE DR CODY has graduated and went to Dr I'm another country but he alwys held my hands and prayed with me every appt..I had Dr Gabriella and still do..it's been awhile now too and she also saved my Life and monthly she has never missed my needs. Now I have a Dr Jacob and he's careful with me as well and even tho.i Don't know him.as well yet, he's taken fine care of me and we had to.have a few phone appts due to covid. Him and Dr Gabrielle now work with me and I've never been treated badly even when a questionable situation came up.Very smart and it's where future Dr's come fro 6 VERY Experienced
