This place is a joke they didn’t allow me in because I have a child with me and I’m a new patient and drove 2 hours to get here they didn’t even bother to tell me that on the phone when I made my appointment 3 weeks ago. This is Ridiculous.

If you think that the medical billing process is troublesome wait until you deal with these folks. They require you to pay your max out-of-pocket up front and then will give you what was not required to be paid back at their leisure (well after you call them numerous times). I'm obviously not their patient (my wife is) but I can tell you from a business mans perspective you should go somewhere else.

Go with Mercy. Dr. Richmond is all about convenience for himself. He’s a burnt out old Dr who thinks he knows it all. Get someone fresh who willing to adapt.
