Visited for my annual appointment. Didn't have to wait long. People were friendly and it was clean. Had to wear a mask.

Most of the staff with the doctors are nice - Everyone has been helpful but every time I take my family member to receive her infusion - and it seems to take the better portion of the day - once she goes back to get it, I am left in the waiting room and think - Boy I need a drink and a small snack while I am waiting. Here are pictures of the vending machine - which makes zero sense since most of it is sandwiches that need to be heated up and no microwave - And the soda machine has only caffeinated Pepsi products and one sprite which seems to always be out!!! Once we get here we are tired - and there is a big wait ahead of us. I have talked to the staff a couple of times but they care not. I got the name of the director but cannot find a way to contact her - I am appreciative of the help with the cancer - but the help with the family members leaves something to be desired. See pictures. This is how these machines look every time. This won't let me upload my photos apparentl.Please go down and look at the vending area in the infusion center. This is what I am talking about.

I am not impressed with this place. Several spots, months of waiting and now an MRI and still no help getting appts. Go elsewhere.

Do you not have a MyMercy app? It has all my medical information on it.
For a mammogram? Less than a week. Faster if use myMercy
They do have financial assistance if you qualify.
Dud you check with the library across from breast center on 1st floor of O'Reilly's cancer center?
