I work at At Home and honestly as long as you have the item and some form of way to retrieve the purchase (card you purchased the items with, the phone number you sign up with our Insider Perks Program, or the receipt) we try our best to get that money back to you. After 60 days we can give you store credit back. If you used a card, even a debit card, we do have to put the return on a form of card, no money back on debit card returns unfortunately.

From their website: Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase only if unused, with original receipt and packaging. Returns of Christmas merchandise after Dec. 25 will be refunded at the current selling price. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses, adjustable sofas, futons, pre-cut fabric or items ticketed “all sales final.” We do not offer exchanges or price adjustments.
