Is this treatment center for all drugs? Do I need to come in to have an assessment done? or is it a packet that can be filled out and sent in? or could another assessment like SAMI be used in place of Luminere's assessment.

It is for all drugs. They do detox but your best bet is to call them. Look up their number and call. They are open 24/7.
