I’ve been a patient in this clinic for some time, roughly 5 years, even through changes in ownership. For the most part, I’ve always been very happy with the service and care that’s been provided. Addiction is serious business and having a system with caring people to help you get through it is so important. You can get better at your own pace, as long as you’re committing to the program and doing your part, as advised by your physician. I’ve never thought about changing clinics for any reason. If you’re suffering, stop, make the call, and get help.

I've been going here for over a year and I've never had any issues, the staff is nice and it's a clean office.

I have been with KAV for almost 5 years and I could write a novel on the pivotal role it has played in saving and spring boarding my life into the positive and stable place it now is. This office has transitioned through the years and has grown with the needs of its patients. KAV offers everything from addiction counseling, hands on doctor visits, counseling that is catered to your stage in recovery to mental health accommodations. The office staff have always gone above and beyond to assist in any and every need I have had. Telemedicine has truly been a blessing in my treatment and recovery and the office and doctors have made the process seamless. I have built a report with my counselor and doctor that goes beyond what is required. I know that they care about me and will do everything that is within their power to help. When I walked through these doors 5 years ago I was at rock bottom and through all of the changes, KAV has been a steady foundation that I’ve been able to build a wonderful sober life upon.

Not sure what that is sorry..
Yes, they take some kinds of Medicaid. I know for sure they take Caresource...one girl lived in another state and had a weird Medicaid insurance and they dont take hers anymore so she just had to change it is all. But this is the best care you can get, at least for my area anyways. Every other treatment center I went to was a joke.

It's usually case by case basis. Depends on how much you were using before and how your physical symptoms respond once you start them.
