They are the rudest people ever over the phone

I agree. I hang up on the really rude ones. They called me back and I told her I would call back when she wasnt working.

My son just told me he had the exact same experience when he called with questions about it, and it was a female sounded like yours. I don't know how it could be happening to many people and over this long period of time! So is anyone reporting their experience to the chief administrator? A person could be at the point of overdose or suicide and somebody like that woman can send them there instead of a caring professional helping and making the difference. This is serious stuff folks and somebody like that woman should not be working there.
