I agree with Michelle Boyd. You must go to have it put back in the docket & they can tell you everything you must do.
Depending on your financial status, you may be able to use Legal Aide.
You go to the new court house on 7th and Jefferson. Go thru security and wen you do that, go to ur left and there is the family court division... They can help you with all ur questions, but you need to go there...I hope that I helped you out and good luck.
