If a apartment gives you 7 day vacate letter are you responsible for rent for the full month? And can you be charged additional fees for month to month rent without a contract stating the amount?

7 day vacate means you have 7 days to get out. Payment can't be accepted by the landlord. If you're still in apartment or house after 7 days, the Marshall will be there to set all your belongings out. I suggest you get someone to help you move.
