Once upon a time (like a week ago) I was having a rough day. My rear hub on my Brand new Stumpjumper evo blew up, while on a hill climb in a nearby park. Pawls were spilling out on the trail, shards of metal flowed freely. My day was done. So I started started calling around for warranty work on a specialized. Found this shop and the guy was super helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Specialized almost lost a customer with the process that was ahead of me. JC saved my loyalty to the specialized brand and took care of all of my biking needs. This shop has a tough parking situation even though I have been lucky and parked right by the front door twice now. You can't turn left into the store so follow GPS when it takes you around back... Once you get in though the whole shop is spotless. I felt bad, thinking dirt might fall off my bike, but I thought if he puts half the care into my bike that he puts into his work shop then I'm set. Just got the Bike back today and as expected he went above and beyond earning a patron for life.

The customer service is outstanding and these guys really know their stuff. I went in for a new bike and they got me set up and tuned up with exactly what I needed. Took the time to learn about me, my riding preferences, and found a bike that was practical for how I ride with no upselling. Even picked up some new gear to go with the new wheels. Prices were fair and competitive, very reasonable. Overall, I'm impressed with their operation and I'll definitely be going back.

I needed a good bike fitting for my tri bike following an extremely painful 56 mile ride in a 70.3 race. JC Breslin hooked me up with an awesome fitting that made me both comfortable and aerodynamic as can be. These are great dudes and easy to work with.
