Jackie has been my bike guy for a couple of years now. He and his staff worked on my cheapo Walmart bicycle and didn't give me any judgement or shade about it. I can't say the same for other bike shops in Louisville. Jackie and his crew have also assembled and provided maintenance for two very nice bikes for my family. It didn't matter if the bicycle was $80 or $1200, they've treated my bikes with care and skill. I've gone in for a quick ask like changing a tube or stabilizing a mounted rear rack and bigger asks like building two bikes. Once upon an embarrassing time, I even caught a dress in my chain and Jackie fixed the bicycle part of the issue. Couldn't save the dress but definitely saved the bike. Fair prices, quick service, friendly staff, convenient location. 🖤

Such a great experience ending a bike trip here. Great people who did a terrific job packing our bikes. Kudos given by the shop I sent my bike to. Highly recommend!

I don't know that the bike shop will directly, but there is a large bicycling community in Louisville. I've heard its not uncommon to get help in them communities.

Tried getting a simple chain fixed! Then sold me the tool to fix it and the wrong size link,then returned the link but would not return the tool.poor effort.so probably would of cost me around 50.00 to fix a simple link.nevet again would I go to that place!
I do know that the installation of items that I have purchased in the past was ,$10.
It is a really good company and you can find really good deals there they will take care of you
