Nothing but an excellent experience. After deciding to get a new gaming PC built for me, I did some searching around town for shops with positive reviews and decided to swing by Custom Bytes, and I'm glad I did. Jorge worked with me from start to finish, both in person and via email. For the components where I knew what I wanted, he worked with me to secure those; for the parts of the build I was less certain on, he and the shop helped fill in the pieces perfectly. He even provided a piece-by-piece parts listing before we closed the deal so that I could be comfortable and secure in knowing what I was getting for my money - very much appreciated. The best part: my cat seems to love just sitting and staring into the RGB elements of the build. Free catsitting service! After a week of putting this rig through its paces, I am genuinely satisfied, and will definitely go back.
