Was supposed to be delivered today from noon—4 pm when I called they said those were automated notifications and wouldn’t be delivering my items to me. I spoke to Jess first person who answered asked and Wendy nobody wanted to take accountability that I’d been home all day waiting! Now they say they will come at 10 am tomorrow. They didn’t show up at 10 it was around 1 pm. Whomever does the scheduling should keep the scheduled times. They said they were automatic reminders and they had no control over it. Marcus the subcontractor was very professional and informed me they said they didn’t have deliveries the day before. Only reason I’m changing from 1 star to 5 is the delivery driver.
