You already tried on your page there is a small reference about traveling with pets I think this is in the baggage policy section I have already bought 2 times tickets with them and on the 2 occasions I have had to talk to customer service and they have treated me very well try again and our complaint about the fact that they have not referred you to the correct number usually worry about that kind of things
