I had a problem with this airline I made a reservation with Expedia and they made my return with Aeromexico it was my worst my wife and son were treated very bad by the lady’s in the plane they were rude moody and when people wanted to use the restroom they were telling people to make it quick.and also they didn’t want to make corrections on a name something that other airlines do with out a problem .I had to stay in Guadalajara waiting to get a new ticket to get back home.after this terrible experience I’m sure it the last time I’m using Aeromexico to travel ever

The whole booking and rebooking process was painful. The poor communication and wrong information was frustrating. The flight however was good. Food was ok. Not sure I will fly them again but never say never.

I flew RT Chicago-Mexico City and I am compelled to write an honest review, given that there are so many bad reviews for the airline. My experience was fairly good. I had no trouble checking in (the app sucks however), the plane seemed to be on time, if I remember correctly, and I had no trouble boarding. Plus, they serve food and they have a TV on the seats, which United airlines doesn’t. I believe that you get a free carry on too. The food was okay and the service wasn’t STELLAR but it was so-so. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with Aeromexico again.

You already tried on your page there is a small reference about traveling with pets I think this is in the baggage policy section I have already bought 2 times tickets with them and on the 2 occasions I have had to talk to customer service and they have treated me very well try again and our complaint about the fact that they have not referred you to the correct number usually worry about that kind of things
Aeromexico arrivals and departures are at Terminal 5 in Chicago but there are different terminals to arrive or depart for other national airlines.

We just returned from Mexico flying on United. We took the cheaper antigen test and it was accepted. We had the test done one day before at the testing site in the airport. We got our results within 15 minutes.
