No it's not a scam I can say that in 2016 I did give them $200 once I found my apartment the landlord immediately deducted the $200 moving forward to now when I went back in there I didnt see the same young lady that help me out in 2016 so the lady who helped me out this time is the bad experience I had I went in there a few weeks ago and ran back into the lady that helped me back then so the only thing I can say about the listings is the apartments are not newly remodeled like I was looking for it was pretty much the SAME listings for the pass 3 months but overall no they just dont take your money it is non refundable but u have 90 days to find a apartment and they just dont keep your money it is knocked off your first month rent right then and there soon as you give the landlord your deposit
I figured this rental place was a scam because they required a $200 deposit I have never heard of any rental agency that has asked for money upfront before initial approval or even before finding an unoccupied unit itβs scammers all around the world you have to use common sense when dealing with this type of business
My coworker gave me the information and him and his wife moved in a 3 bedroom house beautiful so idk but Iβm going to try them ππ½ππ½
This place is a scam bad customer service no landlord call back just take your 200 and dont give you anything call Better Business Bureau
Is this place a scam? They are requiring a $200 upfront cash payment before I view the apartment.
Can somebody tell me how the process works? Are you guaranteed a place with bad credit?
