Management of this pool is horrendous.

the no taking your stuff near pool, and Everybody leave the entire pool area and go outside the gates for 15 minutes out of the hour thing makes this a non-starter now. The facility itself, and staff are great but the new rules imposed on the place make it anything but a fun relaxing outing.

No. I believe all CPD pools are fre.
The outdoor pool will open around june 24th I think but after that make sure you check the schedule because of lifeguard shortage there might be rolling blackouts at different pools including Portage but I do know the pool will be closed on wednesdays & thursdays . Also know that because of the shortage the pool will be open for a100 swimmers at a time .
There are stairs on one side of the pool were you get in and out and in the rest of the pool there are ladders
